- Serves as Administrative officer of the crew
- Works with the Associate Advisor of Administration to develop the best program that demonstrates Adventure, Leadership. Personal Growth, and Service
- Assumes the responsibilities of the crew president in his or her absence
- Leads the recruiting and admission of new members during the year
- Keeps track of all applications and documents pertaining to recharter and makes sure everyone eligible has active YPT certification and medical forms
- Maintains crew advancement chart and reviews individual progress at each meeting
- Organizes and recognizes the achievements of crew members
- Assists the Vice President of Program in the creation of the annual activity schedule
- Maintains an up-to-date calendar of crew meetings and activities
- Assists the Crew President with opening and closing ceremonies for special occasions as scheduled
- Manages Crew finances, if no Treasurer is appointed. The Treasurer works under the VP of Administration
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the president
- Approaches Venturing in a spirit of fun, and seeks to reflect this spirit in the publicity and communications of the crew
